We offer Pre and post natal yoga, Reflexology and Doula services, during this sacred time.
Our services are open to everyone and can help maintain a healthy balance and start with your little one.
Through breathing teachniques and visualisation, yoga can help with anxieties pre birth, and also encourage the body to open up naturally.
Reflexology can balance the hormones and strengthen all the systems in the body, and through our doula service we offer practical and emotional support to you and your family.
We can also offer nutritional advice should you wish for that.
