As the chair of my son’s school PTA, I am coordinating a Christmas shopping event to help support and give small independant businesses the opportunity to share their products and establish a new customer base within our local area while also bringing our community together at the same time. Of course with any event we coordinate, We hope to raise some funds to support and provide additional learning opportunities to our school. As such, we are hoping to secure a sponsor/business that would see the benefit in aligning themselves with us and being part of our event.
Our offer is to have your brand marketed as our ‘major sponsor’ on 1500 flyers that will be distributed to 380 pupils of the school and also put through letterboxes in our local area. Branding on our social media which extends to local FB groups/forums, other local forum groups, local businesses monthly newsletters etc and you would also have a stall/branding at our event if you wish. In return we would ask for a monetary donation of £500 or 70 bottles of Prosecco and printing costs for 1500 A5 flyers. We are more than happy to negotiate this contribution as any and all support is greatly appreciated.
If you own a business that you think this kind of marketing would help support you, then please do get in touch quickly as we are looking to distribute our flyers week beginning the 30th of October.
