Re: What has happened to Nappyvalleynet

I too love NVN but the changes to the layout etc have made it much harder to navigate & as a result, I think people may spend much less time on the site that prior to the changes. Doesn't work on an android either.

The Indigo Tree is lovely, it's owned & run by the cousin of a friend of mine & always good to support the Independent shops.

Re: Giving access to upstairs neighbour carrying out a loft conversion

You don't have to have any scaffolding in your garden or access through your flat. I'm not sure what the means of contact has been to date but I would set out in a letter or email that you do not wish to have any scaffolding or disruption in your garden & ask him to carry out the works with scaffold...

Re: Au pair’s food costs

I hope you don't mind me asking but if she is goin...

Re: Working post-baby

It's def a team effort so my husband & I synchronise our work diaries for school, nursery events & when one of us is away or the other needs to pick up although I am very aware that there are single parents who do it all on their own & to them, I think you are amazing :) And weekends, holidays etc a...

Re: Working post-baby

I went back to work after both of mine, I'm a SVP for a Global Company & my husband is a Regional Account Director, our children are 6 & 2. I took 7 months off with each of them & then my husband took 5 months off so neither of them went to Nursery before their 1st birthday. If you have a good Nurse...

Re: How do you store your lego??

But to honest it's often all over the floor in the playroom so I just sweep it before our cleaner comes with a dustpan & brush that I keep e...
