PC World may be able to repair it but the repair will be at least £50 & as the other poster said you can pick one up for less. PC World can also recycle old printers for you if you drop them in.

I too love NVN but the changes to the layout etc have made it much harder to navigate & as a result, I think people may spend much less time on the site that prior to the changes. Doesn't work on an android either.

You don't have to have any scaffolding in your garden or access through your flat. I'm not sure what the means of contact has been to date but I would set out in a letter or email that you do not wish to have any scaffolding or disruption in your garden & ask him to carry out the works with scaffold...

If you already paying her £150 a week, then a food allowance of say £25 would be generous but do stress that she needs to buy all of her food with this or you may find that she is spending this & still helping herself to the contents of your fridge.
