i'd say min 50-60K.. steer clear from loft companies that offer design and build. Employ an independent architect/designer/project manager.

Hi all,
We are considering  Profastbuild Ltd for our project (loft and rear extension) has anyone worked with them? And if so would you recommend them? They don't seem to have a website.

Our extension was over £130K. Look out for extras!! Our builder kept on coming back to us with more extras asking for more and more money.
