Holidays in Croatia - ideas ?

We are thinking of going to Croatia this summer - family of 5 with 2 teenagers. My husband doesn't fancy the "party" islands of Hvar and Split. Can anyone recommend good locations / villas for a self catering holiday near the beach and local restaurants ? Thanks

We have been plagued by them too. Here's what I have done after extensive googling. - empty every affected wardrobe / drawer. Check every single item - shake it and check for holes. Anything effected needs either binning, taking to dry cleaners or putting on a hot wash. They tend to go for wool and ...

Help - Adult CRUTCHES needed !!

My husband has been stricken with a particularly bad case of gout. he's been bed ridden for 4 days now and cant put any weight on his foot. Does anyone have a pair of adult sized crutches we could borrow? He's not done any of his christmas shopping and I desparately need help in the run up to xmas !...

We met her when she was head at Dulwich college juniors - I thought she was hugely impressive and she was extremely well thought of there. Our son has just joined Dulwich and we were discappointed to hear that she is leaving. I would suggest she will be excellent at Newton.

Au Pair Overtime Rates

We have an au pair just started and are paying £100 for a 35 hour week, 7 housrsa day. Can anyone let me know going / hourly rates for overtime , for example if she does longer days in the school holidays ? Thanks.
