Local water polo club

Does anyone know of any water polo clubs for juniors (my son is now 11) that train/play in the area?  I know about Penguins but training times and locations are not workable, at least during term time.  TIA for any suggestions.

How many trick-or-treaters to expect?

We recently moved to the between-the-commons area and plan to decorate our house for Halloween.  Can anyone provide an estimate of the number of trick-or-treaters we can expect if we leave our lights on until 8pm or 8:30pm?
