With regards to the hair transplant, it is taken from the side and planted on the top, so there is no skin movement as per a face lift.

I went for the full head shave a few years ago and don't regret it. The good thing is that if you stay in good shape, you stay looking mid-40s even when you get older. Once you cross the bridge and decide to go bald, it's quite liberating, you now own it; things like combover's are a short term fix....
