Tiffin School

Postby Annabel (admin) » Thu Nov 13, 2008 9:09 pm

Extremely sought after boys’ selective state school, with an emphasis on academic achievement and love of learning. Not surprisingly, it’s hard to get into, with 1,000 applicants for 140 places. Entrance is by exam only – verbal and non-verbal reasoning, so coaching is recommended by other parents. Definitely not a school for slackers. Almost all leavers go on to Oxbridge or the best universities. 11-18.
