Clara Bee is looking for an experienced finance manager to take on a role in our growing interior design and project management company. The role encompasses all aspects of accounts payable and receivable including credit control, bank reconciliation, PAYE and VAT.

As we are a growing business we are also looking for someone who can develop our financial processes, particularly in relation to project management and management accounts reporting. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Excel and financial packages. Experience of Xero would be useful but not essential.

We are a small company based in SW17. This is a permanent part-time role (exact hours to be discussed) with flexibility.

Clara Bee is looking for an experienced finance manager to take on a role in our growing interior design and project management company.  The role encompasses all aspects of accounts payable and receivable:  

• Client and contractor billing
  
• Credit control
  
• Internal timesheet management
  
• Managing client held monies and weekly reconciliations
  
• Expenses
  
• Replying to enquiries on all finance aspects
  
• Bank reconciliations
  
• PAYE, P60s etc
  
• Quarterly VAT returns – cash basis
  
• Preparation of year end accounts
  

 Knowledge of Xero and Excel preferable.
