Hi there lovelies of the SW community

We're looking to completely re-do our family bathroom (14m2) pretty much everything, underfloor heating, tiling is only on floor and shower area however and wondered if anyone had intel on how much they paid for their builder (inc. materials).

I've been quoted a real range (£3k to £7) so trying to sense whats reasonable!

Hi - I would say between 5000/7000 sounds realistic - 3500 sounds a little low at this point in time
