Honeywell Infant School / Rutherford House School

We have a reception place at Rutherford House School , and also have a place at Honeywell Infant school now which we thought it would be impossible. The catchment area for Honeywell increased considerably this April 24.
We love the outside space of Honeywell and it also feels a more relaxed approach to teaching, but Rutherford House, although it seems a bit more rigid , we could sense very happy kids so we struggle making a decision.

Could current Rutherford House and Honeywell parents give their opinion of these two schools please?

How long is the journey to each?

Distance is not a deciding point for us.

Have two children at Rutherford House. In-yeartransfer from a private primary school. Finding the school really great - my kids have actually progressed amazingly well academically and made lots of friends. Maybe we have been lucky but both kids seem to have two fantastic teachers who know how to develop/push them in the right way.
Clubs are great - I have never seen a school with such a wide variety, although it is an algorithm that decides who gets what once preferences have been made- so a bit of pot luck. And as a working parent, the breakfast club and wrap around care hours are a total saviour!!
