thats where the application is, if you scroll down. However posted on a tree somewhere near me is the following

1 x3 day event hosting up to 9,999 people
1x 2 day event hosting 4000
1 one day event for up to 4999 peole and
20 x1000 person events
the reference is to site 1 and site 2 ,
Site 1 is opposite Bellevue Road on the grass area leading to the ponds and site 2 is by Dorlcote Rd

The detail is at

Whilst smaller events to celebrate ‘Wandsworth Borough ocfCulture’ in the daytime can be perceived as family friendly, I have memories of the filth on Clapham Common after festivals, the failure of the events organisers to clear up mounds of litter; The only provision for local residents is a noise complaints line and a promise that they will encourage people not to drive. There will be a lot of opportunity to consume alcohol consumed between 10am and midnight. There is no provision mentioned for extra policing outside of the event venues… there are many more reasons why this may not be a good idea...

I'm in two minds about this.

One of the spaces is opposite the Wandsworth one way system (not Dorlcote Road) and I think that's ok.

There are some very big houses that'll be affected but assuming Mr Ramsay doesn't mind getting his bbq out for us all I think it'll be fine. Seriously, the site is bordered by Trinity Road, the 1-way system, the road/railway and those aforementioned big houses.

However the Bellevue Road one is very different. That seems like it will have a big impact.

Agreed Site 2 will not disturb the wild life and is preferable, but its not either or, its both sites.. Site 2 is carefully nurtured in the summer for cricketers and used every day children on their school holidays for sports activities. This is of enormous value to working parentsas well as their children.
It is also designated dog free, so small children can enjoy crawling/toddling/playing on uncontaminated grass. I have lived by both Commons since 1970 and not yet seen a thorough clean-up after a large event., so loss of this amenity for a prolonged period is a consideration

Apologies for last post. I mis-read the map …Site 2 is not on the cricket ground.

As just posted in response to the other post on here (mainly about Tooting Common), apparently the whole application has now been withdrawn, thank goodness
