I can recommend local Niall Barrett 07930357884 (Niall Barrett home maintenance and property services).
He does a great job, very precise internal and also exterior jobs. Also really good value.

I'd recommend Davor with my eyes closed. 
I found him here, recommended by many. Then used him and am using him again soon.
