Your perfect home-from-home in the wonderful and ever-popular village of Seaview, our much-loved and slightly quirky holiday home accommodates up to 10 in five bedrooms, with two bath/shower rooms and an additional downstairs loo.
The house is comfortably furnished with a very well-equipped kitchen/dining room, large sitting room and sunroom with pool table. Two bedrooms and a lovely new shower room are on the ground floor, so ideal for a family or granny and grandpa. There are three further bedrooms upstairs, with wonderful views, two across the Solent and the third over the sunny garden, and a stylish modern bathroom with large walk-in shower and also a free-standing bath.
The sunny, south-facing, fenced and lawned garden has comfy sofas, an outdoor dining table and chairs (with cushions and parasol)and a charcoal BBQ for guests' use. Private parking for one car with several more spaces close by. Dogs are welcome at small charge, subject to prior discussion with me.
We can arrange generous discounts on ferry fares for our guests.
Due to a recent cancellation, the first week of the school holidays in July is now available, and we also have some limited availability in April, May and September, as well as October half-term. Nightly rates range from £280 to £450 depending on time of year and length of stay.
