The 1.5 acre Eaton House The Manor site on Clapham Common Northside is a wonderful place. From the road, you can see the original white-fronted Georgian manor house, but the whole site is so much more.
Our red and green uniforms are instantly recognisable and we are known for providing a gold standard of academic excellence and wellbeing, sending generations of boys and girls to Eton, Westminster, St Paul’s, Wycombe Abbey, Dulwich College, King’s Wimbledon and more, many with scholarships. Entry is non-selective in our single sex schools at 4+ and we are proud to say that ‘no child passes unnoticed at Eaton House The Manor.’ Happiness of the pupils is our priority, and every child is valued. Teachers really care for their pupils and are kind and enthusiastic in a culture where well-judged praise reinforces self-esteem and motivation.
Eaton House The Manor site consists of Eaton House The Manor Boys’ Pre-Prep, for boys aged 4-8, Eaton House The Manor Prep for boys aged 8-13 and Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School, for Girls aged 4-11, with a co-educational Eaton House The Manor Nursery for boys and girls aged 2-4.
At the Manor site there were 42 scholarships and awards in 2024. However, the schools are also places where excellence is prized in sport, art, music and drama, and individuals are noticed and encouraged above all else. We aim to develop a lifelong love of learning, a sense of adventure and self-confidence. We are a school of big opportunities with an unparalleled sports, art, music and drama programmes. Some 40 after-school clubs mean that the school buzzes all day long and our co-curricular programme is an impressive as you might expect.
Our most recent Manor site ISI report in 2022 rated the schools ‘excellent’ and says that they ‘aim to provide a first-class education striving for excellence in all academic, cultural and sporting pursuits, giving every child the confidence to discover where their gifts lie and to enjoy their talents.’
Having all the schools on one site makes our schools uniquely convenient for parental drop-off. Wraparound care is provided from 8am to 6.30pm from Reception class.
