Smoke & Salt, situated on Tooting High Street, opened to the public in September last year.

The Michelin Guide awarded the restaurant a Michelin Plate for Good Cooking.
They said: "As its name suggests, the kitchen embraces the time-honoured techniques of smoking, curing and pickling, with seasonally-inspired small plates designed for sharing."
The Michelin Guide is an annual list featuring the best restaurants the UK has to offer.
Smoke & Salt were lucky enough to be included within the prestigious guide for the first time, being awarded a Michelin Plate for good cooking.
Smoke & Salt responded to the news on social media, saying:
"We're pleased that our new site in Tooting has brought us to the attention of such prestigious food inspectors, and the whole team is overjoyed to be included.
"It's been a challenging year for us in the new restaurant, but this only increases our determination to get back to cooking the best we can, after lockdown ends."
The restaurant began as a supper club which later evolved into a pop-up before they settled in their permanent Tooting residence.
