A separation is tough, especially during a pandemic. I am a registered BACP therapist with nearly 10 years experience. I have a comfortable room in SW11 and also work via telephone. Due to client confidentiality I can’t provide ‘references’ but you are more than welcome to PM me to set up an initial chat. Stay strong. Asking for help is the first step forward. Michelle.

I can highly recommend Marinda Nagel, who helped me through a dark patch. Her details can be found here.

Good luck with the process. Sounds like you are going through a rough time.

Sarah is a coach who is very empathetic and works exclusively in this area. I would really recommend having a conversation with her to see if she's right for you - https://www.sarah-woodward.com/

Another great person is Alice who is a psychologist who specialises in helping people at turning points in their lives. https://crossroadspsychology.co.uk/

Best of luck for a happy future x

I am sorry to hear about your depression.

I would recommend talking to Lyn Thomson, Ali Gill or Kasia Pachana at the Wellbeing Centre London, they are all really great for the type of thing you are dealing with
