Set just off Northcote Road in the heart of Nappy Valley is this unique and striking, architecturally designed, ‘upside down’ five-bedroom house.
It has been built on the site of an ex-coach house and as developer with Zebra Property Group, Jamie Menzies explains, “The land was derelict and in a prime position – it would have been crazy not to build an incredible house on the site. So we started designing it in a joint venture with the owners.
“The brief was something different, stand-out, unique. Something that would make passers-by notice it as well beyond the ordinary.”
