Baby body parts on Tooting Common

I thought that. I can't believe this story has more-or-less passed by with such little fuss. It's horrendous, can't help thinking if it were an older person or child they would be highlighting it a bit more. It seems a bit witch-doctor-y to me, but goodness knows what possesses someone to do this. Makes me feel ill.
