ensuring tight and seamless timelines. As an added perk, their warehouse is available for clients’ use, so they can order everything they need, even the finishing touches, before the build has started without worrying about lead times or storage.

And because they are local, they are always happy to return to clients’ homes and adjust or repair anything at any time, even years later.

“Because we create bespoke homes with high-end design and craftsmanship, we also provide maintenance services. Clients don’t need to bother calling around for different tradesmen. They just

Having established itself as a successful standalone business with its own showroom on Northcote Road, Cast London is creating striking handcrafted kitchens, carpentry and one-off pieces
for homes across London.

Not ones to shy away from a challenge, the team relish doing ambitious and unique kitchens. “We love accommodating our clients’ requests no matter how far out they are,” says Bartek enthusiastically.

According to designer, Chelsea Smith, kitchens are becoming lively environments with a mixture of textures throughout. Square islands are in and marble and quartz worktops are still sought-after, but metallic, industrial and unusual finishes are becoming very popular too.

It seems we have all become exhibitionists with an increased demand in open shelving and glass in wall cabinets to display cookbooks, glass and dishware. And her top tip for families with young kids: always select hand painted rather than spray painted finishes because they are easier to retouch!

Cast London supplies beautiful solid oak and walnut and work with Buster + Punch and Armac Martin for handmade handles, doorknobs and pulls. When it comes to lighting, they can customise
integrated LED strip lights, down lights and feature lighting, and they have partnerships with top brand appliances to secure competitive prices. What’s more, clients can visit the workshop during the build to see their dream kitchens come to life.
