Run Projects is in its sixth year of delivering successful projects and continues to go from strength to strength. Directors, Andy McCarthy and Kenelm Cornwall-Legh, established Run Projects to offer a highly professional project management service to clients. The company was born out of the desire to create an ethical and trustworthy solution for those clients seeking a full project management service.

As RICS qualified professionals, with decades of experience in construction, they knew with their combined talents and experience they could bring personal service, transparency and complete
independence to the sector.

Their mission is to control the scope, finance, risk, quality and resources, so that their clients get the build solution that’s just right for them, on time and in budget. Unusually, they operate on a fixed fee basis, to provide their clients with full visibility of costs. They closely manage the project finances and value engineering process, to ensure they deliver the absolute best value. In short, they make their clients’ budgets work harder.

Their clients tend to be busy professionals who do not have the time and/or the experience to run the time consuming process themselves. They employ Run Projects to run the process, from initial concept, through the planning process, to competitive tender and the selection of the right contractor, with close on-site management during works, to the final successful completion of the project. Their clients benefit from one dedicated project manager from start to finish.

Their in-house Interior Service guides clients through the tricky decisions that ultimately define the functionality, style and look of their home. The bespoke service enables them to deliver interiors which are as individual as their clients.
