Roundhouse is thrilled to have won ‘Best Kitchen’ at the recently announced Livingetc Awards 2022. Designed by Ben Hawkswell from our Richmond showroom this project is a beautiful bespoke kitchen that really ticks all the boxes on form and functionality.
For this incredible project Ben was asked to fully remodel the corner of the house for multiple rooms including the luxury kitchen. Key to the brief was the joinery design to suit each area practically and visually, with a natural flow through the house.
This luxury kitchen is in a warm and muted pink Farrow & Ball Setting Plaster which is combined with natural gentle finishes of antique brass on the island and tinted bronze mirror splashback. This colour palette is continued into the utility room with a clean Silestone Blanco Zeus worksurface. The family are enthusiastic cooks specifying high end appliances including Bora Pro double extraction setup with Teppan Yaki. The boot room was a small, restricted space so maximum storage was designed with a robust finish for a regularly used area. The prominence of glazed cabinetry, combination of clear glass doors, bronze mirror, hand finished brass detail makes this kitchen and surrounding rooms a real stand out project.
