Having blamed everything possible and run out of excuses I am hoping to get my exercise and general lifestyle back on track post summer holidays.
I've given it a lot of thought (in between the excuses

) and I think what might work best for me would be someone who can help with exercise but also nutrition and who might be prepared to give me some daily encouragement, at least while i get into a routine. Not sure if this sort of option is out there?
If anyone has worked with someone like this and is happy to share their details I would be very grateful. Ideally I would like to work with a female.
