The retreat weeks take place on 11 June and 3 September at San Lucianu Beach Resort in Corsica and coast £250 in addition to the basic holiday price.
It is a retreat with a difference in that it will run in one in one of our resorts that also offers childcare, sports like windsurfing, sailing, tennis and cycling included in the price of the holiday. Plus flights, accommodation and full board dining are part of the package . The premise being that the whole family can go on holiday together. One person can take part in the week while the others are well looked after and can take part in the resorts normal activities.
Suitable for all levels, the yoga week will be divided into different themes: Grounding (Saturday), Letting Go (Sunday), Being Kind (Monday), Inner You (Tuesday), Play (Wednesday), Love (Thursday) and Balance (Friday). Across the week, there will be a range of sessions including beachside vinyasa flow, yin yoga, a meditation beach walk, an introduction to Thai massage techniques, and SUP (stand-up paddleboarding) yoga. In addition to three sessions a day (which you’re free to dip into and out of as you wish), there’ll be free time every day to digest what you’ve learnt and simply to enjoy the resort and all its facilities.
7 nights departing on 11 June costs £749 per adult and from £262 per child. This includes flights, accommodation, resort transfers, full board dining with wine, watersports, tennis, cycling and childcare from 2 yrs (4 months – 2 years payable.) Yoga Retreat Week costs an additional £250pp. click here
Cycling Weeks take place at Levante Beach Resort in Rhodes (14th May and 8th October 2016) and San Lucianu Beach Resort in Corsica (18th June and 17 September). They cost £250 if using a Mark Warner bike or £175 if bringing their one on top of the holiday cost.
Rhodes is a lovely spot for a road cycling holiday, with smooth, traffic-light open roads. Wonderful local routes include the hills that rise up around Kalithies and Psinthos behind the hotel, offering gorgeous sea-views as well as exhilarating descents (pay off for the tough climbs!), or alternatively the long, flat seafront roads of Afandou Bay. Meanwhile, ruggedly beautiful Corsica is well known for its scenic cycling trails that include something to suit all levels of rider.
Intensive Cycling Weeks are open to all abilities – our fully trained road cycling guides will group you appropriately for the programme of daily tours interspersed with clinics. Participants will have use of a fleet of Cannondale Synapse, Supersix Evo and CAAD 8 road bikes. A typical day will kick off with a sunrise shakedown tour, the main tour of the day, which will pack in as much stunning scenery as possible. At the end of each day, social dinners hosted by the Mark Warner cycling teams will give you the chance to relive your two-wheeled adventures as you relax and refuel.
7 nights departing on 18 June costs £749 per adult and from £424 per child. This includes flights, half board accommodation, resort transfers, watersports, tennis, cycling and childcare from 2 yrs (4 months – 2 years payable.) The cost for these weeks are £250 per person (on top of the holiday price) if you are hiring a bike from Mark Warner and £175 per person if you are bringing your own bike. Click here
